All Canadian orders are invoiced in Canadian Dollars, unless otherwise selected. Shopping from another country? You can select the currency you prefer. Refunds are issued according at the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Baby Charlotte does not benefit from daily currency conversion rate changes.

Shipping and Handling

Flat Rate shipping is restricted to non-remote addresses in Canada and within the Contiguous USA only and does not apply to oversized items. If you are outside our shipping areas, please contact us directly.

Our toll free phone number (Canada and continental US) is 844-570-0648. Taxes, Duty and Customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for packages that arrive late due to Customs as this is outside of our control.

Baby Charlotte is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent without signature.

Be sure, that you are able to accept your order. Baby Charlotte is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the subsequent re-delivery cost. Baby Charlotte is not responsible for return shipping costs incurred due to addresses that have been incorrectly entered by the customer upon checkout. 

PO Boxes and RR Numbers are not considered to be deliverable address by UPS. Such orders must be shipped by Canada Post.

Posted shipping prices do not apply to oversized items, and are not available to remote locations. We will contact you for further payment, or to allow you to cancel your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Should a product be defective, or be recalled, Baby Charlotte will replace that product, and cover the replacement product's shipping costs. Baby Charlotte is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns due to sizing issues, or change of heart regarding said purchase. Any merchandise purchased online may be returned at the customer's expense for store credit or refund, with the following exceptions:

Clearance Items

All sale items marked clearance are final sale - no exceptions.

Personal Care Products

Personal care products, such as swimwear, underwear, training pants, diapers, liners, diaper covers, feminine hygiene pads, breast pumps, nipple shields, nursing bras and breast pads (either reusable or disposable), may not be returned under any circumstances.

Bath and Body Products

No body, bath or beauty product may be returned unless recalled.

Food and Health Products

No consumable food, drinks, candy, vitamins or health products may be returned unless recalled.

Special Orders

Special orders are not eligible for return.

Sale and Clearance Items

Discounts apply to remaining selected stock only. While supplies last. Sorry, no rainchecks, special orders or backdating on BOGO, discount or clearance pricing.

All sales on BOGO and clearance items are final.

Any storewide discounts do not apply to BOGO or clearance items and are not in conjunction with any other sales, coupons, discounts or other promotions.
